Tamar Class Visit The Box, Plymouth
Tamar Class had a great trip at The Box in Plymouth on Thursday 12th September. They took part in a WWII and Blitz workshop. They looked at real artefacts and had to become ‘detectives’ to figure out which artefacts belonged to a person from that time. They had to look for secret evidence and information.
After that, they explored the museum, had chance to ask lots of question and listen to lots of information.
Also, they had chance to hear about all kinds of careers we could have in the museum e.g. art curator, learning facilitator, cleaner, chef, waitress/waiter working in the cafe, conservator and more! What a brilliant trip with so much learning and fun!
