On Friday 8th November, Fowey Class travelled to Truro to take part in a 'Toys from the Past' workshop in the Royal Cornwall Museum linked to their History topic The children became historians and learned how to carefully handle artefacts including "Magic Lantern" slides which were nearly 100 years old, make a traditional peg doll and analyse toys to determine their approximate age. The class had a brilliant day.
